Antonique Jones
LCMHCA
Antonique Jones (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina State University and a bachelor’s in Organizational Studies and Psychology. With nearly a decade of experience across nonprofit leadership, mental health, and advocacy, Antonique brings a gentle, layered approach to healing—especially for Black women navigating identity, transition, and the quiet ache for something more.
Antonique’s path to therapy began with her own healing. For years, she shapeshifted to survive—first in childhood, then in the military, and later in spaces that rewarded performance over presence. Along the way, she realized what was missing: a space to remember who she truly was. Now, she offers that space to others.
Her approach weaves together narrative therapy, somatic healing, and spiritual formation—blending creativity, body awareness, and faith to guide clients back to themselves. Trained in Brainspotting, Antonique offers a trauma-informed, holistic lens that honors both the visible and unseen layers of a person’s story. Whether through story, stillness, or breakthrough, she helps clients reclaim the parts of themselves they were never meant to lose.
This work is for the woman who feels something shifting—even if she can’t yet name it.
She may be doing work that no longer feels aligned.
She may feel she’s outgrown her life, but doesn’t know what comes next.
She may be carrying quiet questions about identity, purpose, or what it means to finally live as her whole self.
She’s not broken—just in the in-between.
She doesn’t need fixing. She needs space, support, and sacred guidance for what’s becoming within her.
Antonique works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, self-doubt, and spiritual disconnection. She holds particular space for Black women in high-capacity roles—leaders, creatives, community builders, and visionaries—who feel caught between who they’ve been and who they’re becoming. Whether her clients come seeking healing, purpose, or clarity, they are met with compassion, creativity, and care—and given space to return to themselves, at their own pace.
