Antonique Jones

LCMHCA

Antonique Jones (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina State University and a bachelor’s in Organizational Studies and Psychology. With nearly a decade of experience across nonprofit leadership, mental health, and advocacy, Antonique brings a gentle, layered approach to healing—especially for Black women navigating identity, transition, and the quiet ache for something more.

Antonique’s journey into therapy began with her own. After years of shapeshifting to survive—first in childhood, then in the military, then in spaces that rewarded performance over presence—she realized what was missing: a place to remember who she truly was. Now, she creates that space for others.

Her work is rooted in narrative therapy, somatic healing, and spiritual formation, blending creativity, body awareness, and faith to guide clients back to themselves. She recently trained in Brainspotting and offers a trauma-informed, holistic approach that honors both the seen and unseen parts of one’s story. Whether through story, stillness, or breakthrough, Antonique helps her clients reclaim the parts of themselves they were never meant to lose.

This work is for the woman who knows something is shifting — even if she can’t quite name what.
She may be doing work that no longer feels aligned.
She may feel like she’s outgrown her life — but unsure where to go next.
She may be carrying quiet questions about identity, purpose, or what it means to finally live fully as herself.

She’s not broken — she’s just in the in-between.
She doesn’t need fixing. She needs guidance, space, and sacred support for what’s becoming in her.

Antonique works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, self-doubt, and spiritual disconnection. She holds particular space for Black women in high-capacity roles—leaders, creatives, community builders, and visionaries—who feel stuck between who they’ve been and who they’re becoming. Whether her clients come seeking purpose, healing, or clarity, they are met with compassion, creativity, and care—and the space to return to themselves, at their own pace.
