Webinars are typically short psycho-educational courses that focus on specific concepts or on the development of a particular skill. Generally, webinars are informal and interactive, where trainers and participants can take part in discussions, presentations, or hands-on demonstrations to engage with new ideas and techniques.

Webinars are brief, intensive learning sessions that are time-limited and self-contained, lasting from only 1-2 hours or even several days. Sometimes additional reading or homework outside of the assigned time for the webinar might be required, depending on the topic and training style.

This type of learning platform can provide a space to learn basic, intermediate, or advanced concepts and hone your skills in a particular area of interest. Webinars can provide an opportunity to develop a sense of community and expand your social or professional networks without the time commitment of group therapy.

** We will begin offering webinars in Summer 2025. To add your name to the email list for updates, simply email us with your contact information. Additionally, feel free to share a request for a particular workshop focus.**
